Shipping Options and Policies

1. Free Shipping
   We offer free shipping within Hong Kong for orders of HK$1000 or more. This offer also includes pick-up options from SF Smart Lockers and SF Express Stations.

2. Shipping Charges for Orders Below HK$1000
   Orders under HK$1000 are subject to standard shipping charges. We’ve partnered with SF Express for delivery. Please refer to the SF Express website for exact rates.

3. Pick-Up Options
   Customers may opt for convenient pick-up from SF Smart Lockers or SF Express Stations. SF Express will notify you when your package is ready for collection.

4. Processing and Delivery Time
   Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a delay occurs, our customer service team will contact you with an update.

5. Delivery and Signature Requirement
   Orders are delivered to the address provided, and a signature is required upon receipt. If no one is available at the time of delivery, SF Express will reach out to arrange redelivery.
