Return and Exchange Policy

 

Eligibility and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

·       Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, with an original receipt or proof of purchase required.

·       Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items not meeting these conditions may be ineligible for return or exchange.

·       Note: Limited-edition and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

·       Returns based on personal preferences (e.g., size or color differences, including display-based color variance) are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Return Process

1. Initiate Your Request: Contact us within 7 days of receipt at cs@stephanos.com.hk with your invoice number and reason for the return.

2. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and, if approved, process the exchange or re-delivery within 14 working days.

3. Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping. We will pay for the re-delivery shipping on the first replacement only. COD returns are not accepted.

 

Refunds

·       If eligible for a refund, the amount will be based on the original purchase value and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after processing. Bank processing may take additional time.
